Looking for same-day appliance repair in the Tri-Valley? Here’s how the call really goes, no fluff.
What “same or next day” actually means
We run out of San Ramon and dispatch across Danville, Alamo, Walnut Creek, and the wider Bay Area. When the schedule allows, we get you in same or next morning. You get a 2 to 3 hour arrival window by text, and the tech calls 15 to 20 minutes out so you’re not stuck waiting all day. The vans carry the common parts for Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Bosch, and the rest, so most calls close on the first visit. Completed repairs carry a one-year warranty (see your contract terms).
The $75 diagnostic gets credited to the repair when you book it. After we find the fault, you get a written repair-or-replace call and price before we turn a wrench past the diagnosis.
The calls we get most, and why they’re pro jobs
Fridge not cooling. Usually the evaporator fan, a caked condenser coil, or a defrost fault. You can brush the coils yourself. Anything touching refrigerant needs EPA-certified recovery gear.
Washer won’t drain or spin. Often a blocked pump filter or a worn belt. Getting to either means opening the machine, and putting it back together wrong causes leaks or worse.
Oven won’t heat. Typically a bake element or control board, both behind high-voltage wiring. A bad reassembly is a fire risk.
Dishwasher leaking. Usually a door gasket or a pump seal. Not complicated, but sourcing the exact part for your model and seating it right takes the right stock and some hands-on time.
Before you call: check the breaker, confirm the settings, clear any obvious blockage. If that doesn’t do it, stop there. A botched DIY fix almost always costs more to undo than the original job.
