We charge a $99 diagnostic fee and credit it toward the repair if you move forward. Before any work starts you get a written quote with parts and labor broken out. Our warranty runs 90-day warranty on the repair, one year on inverter boards, and one year on sealed-system repairs (two years on a full rebuild).
