Diagnose the wash and rinse sequence
A commercial dishwasher that leaves standing water, will not build wash pressure, or misses its final rinse temperature can have a drain, pump, heating, inlet, or control problem. We watch the sequence, check water pressure and temperature, measure pump amperage, and test the heater and valve circuits before naming the failed part.
The exact machine and installation matter. Bring the model and serial, the displayed fault, and the point in the cycle where it stops. If the unit serves a live kitchen, tell us whether it can be isolated safely until the visit.
The first inspection also covers the shutoff, supply temperature, visible hose and drain conditions, door or hood interlocks, and the electrical feed accessible at the machine. A unit that fills slowly can look like a bad valve when supply pressure is the real problem. A weak wash result can come from clogged arms or low pump output. We separate those conditions before writing the scope.
Scope and price before repair
The diagnostic is $99 per visit and includes additional appliances checked during that visit. It is credited toward an approved repair. After testing, we provide a written repair scope and price before any work starts.
If the dishwasher cannot run safely, keep it out of service until the cause is known. We do not promise a completion date before diagnosis because the model, failed part, and parts availability determine the next step.
