What we close on the truck.

Condenser coil cleaning and fan-motor swap. Classic 36 and 48 inch units on Albany Hill after a blocked grille. We pull the unit out, brush out the coil, vacuum it clean, and spin the fan to check for bearing drag.
Dispenser control on older built-ins. Ice dead, water fine, lights normal, a pattern we see on the older large-home units in town. New replacement boards for this control aren't always in stock, but rebuilt units usually are. We verify before ordering.
Sealed-system leak on built-in units. Slow one-side warming on a built-in column tucked into a kitchen expansion. We recover the refrigerant, repair the leak, weigh in a fresh charge, and pull a 24-hour vacuum to confirm it holds.
