Dual-fuel oven sensor drift. Set for 350, comes out closer to 390. Push it to 450 for a roast and it scorches early. The RTD sensor wears out with age, and on a compact range that sees daily use in a small kitchen that's the usual culprit. We swap the sensor and verify the calibration, done in about half an hour.
Range-top burner cap and venturi. Crooked cap, uneven flame, soot building on the burner bowl, common wear on a range that runs daily in a tight galley kitchen. We re-seat the cap, clean the venturi, and confirm the flame sits even before we leave. No board needed.
Induction cooktop error codes. Fan vent under the cooktop dusts over and the unit overheats and faults, more common in a tight kitchen with less clearance around the unit. We clear dust from the intake and heat sink with a vacuum, then check operating temperatures with a probe.
