East Palo Alto is a working family city and most of the housing is rental, so I will be straight about it: Wolf ranges are not the common call here the way they are two miles over in Atherton or Menlo Park. What we do see comes mostly out of newer condo and townhome construction on the bay side of the city, and the pockets of owned single family homes off University Avenue.
When a Wolf call does come in from East Palo Alto, it is almost always a 30 inch dual-fuel range or a single M Series oven, not a full 48 inch estate build. The repairs are the same parts we run everywhere else, we just see fewer of them here. ZIP 94303 covered.

What we close on the truck.
- Dual-fuel range Star Burner ignitor. Ignitor clicks with no flame, the same failure any Wolf range gets once it clears year eight. We replace the ignitor and the harness at the same time.
- M Series wall oven hinge cartridge. Door sags at the hinge, gasket stops sealing. We swap the cartridge and put in a new gasket.
- Induction cooktop generator board. Cooktop faults out mid cook with an element error. Board gets tested before we order one.
- Warming drawer element and thermostat. Drawer runs cold or will not shut its heat off. Element tested, thermostat swapped as needed.
