Every fridge with a dispenser or ice maker has a water inlet valve. The fittings can leak under the cabinet, or the solenoid fails and the dispenser and ice maker stop getting water.

U1 fill fault from a scaled water inlet valve. A DishDrawer that throws U1 is not filling fast enough, and in Fremont the cause is usually mineral scale choking the inlet valve rather than low house pressure. We check the supply first so you are not paying for a valve you do not need, then replace the valve and clean the fill path. The fault clears for good instead of coming back monthly.
Lid actuators failing on high-use DD24 doubles. The lid on each drawer is driven closed by two actuators, and in households running both drawers daily the actuators wear out of sync. One side seals, the other does not, and you get steam escaping, wet counters, or a flood fault. We replace actuators in pairs on that drawer, because replacing one against a worn partner just moves the failure.
Induction cooktop generator board fault after a power event. PG&E blinks and heat waves are rough on induction electronics. A CI365 that throws an error code on half its zones after an outage usually has a damaged generator board. We read the code, isolate which board it is, and quote exactly that. If the whole top took a surge, I will say so before you spend anything on it.
