Ice maker auger motor failure. In French-door fridges with the icemaker in the door, the auger motor is the part that wears out first under heavy daily use, which is common in busy rental kitchens. Ice bin fills but nothing dispenses, or it dispenses in a slow trickle. Auger motor swap, not the whole icemaker assembly.
Wall oven hidden bake element burnout. Bottom of the oven stops heating, top browns fine. The hidden bake element under the oven floor has burned through. I confirm it with a continuity test at the diagnostic so you are not guessing.
Front-load washer drain pump clog. Bosch front-load washers in multi-unit buildings see more lint and debris volume than a single-family machine. The drain pump clogs, the cycle stalls out with standing water in the drum. Pump comes out, gets cleared or replaced depending on what I find.
