Dublin is our next-door city, and it is also the newest housing stock we cover. Most of East Dublin went up in the 2000s and 2010s, and those builder kitchens are now aging into their first real appliance failures. We see plenty of Zephyr island hoods over the big kitchen islands that were standard in those floor plans, plus Presrv wine and beverage coolers that got added when owners finished out their butler pantries and garage bars.
