Newark is compact, mostly 1960s and 70s single-story tracts around NewPark and the Lake area, plus the newer Bayshores and Timber development homes going in near the wetlands side. When the display says 55 but the wine is clearly warmer, the cabinet thermistor has drifted or the evaporator fan is not moving air past it.
