It is not a knock on the machines. It is the parts pricing. What a circulation pump, a control board, or a touch panel costs on one of these, set against what the dishwasher sold for new, turns the repair into a bad buy for you more often than not. We would rather tell you that here than charge you $99 to say it in your kitchen.

Everything else from these brands we still fix: refrigerators, ranges, ovens, cooktops, washers, and dryers. We repair dishwashers from every other brand.

What we close on the truck.

  • Built-in refrigerator compressor failure in HOA buildings. Same year-six to seven compressor window as everywhere else, but access here usually means confirming the building's process ahead of time. I ask about elevator reservations or gate codes when the appointment is booked so the visit is not wasted standing in a lobby.
  • Range hood blower motor failure. A lot of the condo kitchens run a recirculating hood instead of one vented outside, and the blower motor works harder because of it. When it starts running loud or stops pulling air, the motor is usually the part, and I check the charcoal filter at the same time.
  • Wall oven hidden bake element in a condo-sized cutout. No heat glow at the bottom of the oven and a bake cycle that runs cold means the concealed element has failed. It starts with an on-site diagnosis and a written estimate if I have the model number ahead of time, even in the smaller cutouts these buildings use.
