What we close on the truck.

KRFC/KBFN compressor failure. That six to seven year compressor window every KitchenAid built-in owner eventually runs into shows up here too. I confirm it with an amp draw reading rather than swapping the part on a guess, then handle the recovery and swap together.
Icemaker module failure. A lot of San Mateo's built-in refrigerators went into remodels with a stocked icemaker module as part of the package. When it fails, it is usually a repair using a part we usually stock for us since our technician keeps the part on his truck.
Wall oven hinge and gasket wear. Door sag paired with a gasket that has lost its seal. I replace hinge and gasket together, since fixing one without checking the other just means a second visit later.
