Cupertino is one ZIP, 95014, and the kitchens skew newer and pricier than most places I cover. The west side near Stevens Creek runs Sub-Zero columns, Thermador Freedom, and Bosch Benchmark. Maytag is not that. Where Maytag turns up here is the laundry room and the secondary fridge. A Bravos washer and Centennial dryer in the garage of an otherwise built-in kitchen, or an MRT or MFI top-freezer in an older eastern-grid house that hasn't been rebuilt yet.

Bravos goes the way it always does: lid switch first, then the gearbox bearing. Centennial dryers fail at the glides and belt. The fridge calls are defrost thermostat and evap fan on the top-freezers. Most of my Cupertino volume is built-in refrigeration on the luxury platforms, so a Maytag call here is usually a focused laundry or mainstream-fridge visit, not a whole-kitchen pass.
