- Drain pump cleared of coins and lint. The pump housing catches change and small debris before it reaches the impeller. I clear it and check the impeller for cracks while it is open.
- TR timer and lid lock diagnosis. On mechanical-control units in the older downtown homes, the timer or lid lock wears out well before the motor does. I test both before replacing anything.
