Albany runs the same marine-layer cool as the rest of the inner corridor, and central air is close to nonexistent in the old bungalow stock. - Beverage center running hot in a closed cabinet. No room air conditioning to help and a tight cabinet install means the coil chokes on trapped heat faster here than elsewhere. We clean the coil, open up clearance where we can, and confirm pulldown.
- Condenser fan worn from tight clearance. Small kitchens mean small cutouts, and a unit installed with barely any gap behind it runs its fan harder. We replace the motor and check whether the cabinet needs a vent panel added.
- Undercounter ice maker no-ice. Compact kitchen installs often route the water line in a tight bend next to the dishwasher supply. We re-line it at a wider radius and confirm the fill.
- Drain pump backup in basement and ADU units. Units set up in a basement or ADU often have to pump the drain uphill to reach the house stack. A clogged pump backs up fast in that setup. We clear it or replace the pump and verify the run.

Do you service Albany for U-Line repairs?

My U-Line unit is jammed into a tight cabinet. Does that cause problems?
