- Wine captain thermal-electric module. Kitchen island wine captains here run six to eight years before the module starts losing temperature control. Module and gasket swap.
- Undercounter ice maker water inlet valve. A bin that stops filling or fills slow points to the inlet valve first. We swap the valve and the inline screen.
- HOA-building access coordination. Several of the condo buildings on Beach Park and around the lagoon require a parking pass or elevator reservation for service visits. We coordinate that ahead of the appointment so the visit is not wasted standing at a front desk.
