- Lower zone drifting warm. Condenser coil caked with dust, condenser fan motor weak. A coil clean and fan swap restores the hold without touching the compressor.
- Door not sealing, unit runs constantly. Worn gasket or a door sagging on its hinge. New gasket, door reset, and the seal recovers so the compressor stops over-running.
- Undercounter ice, no ice produced. Water inlet line kinked from the original install. We re-line it with a longer braided line and confirm the fill cycle runs clean.
