- Wine captain thermal-electric module. The smaller single-zone captains in the flatter homes below Ralston Avenue lose temperature control on one side around year six or seven. Module and gasket swap.
- Undercounter ice maker water inlet valve. Slow harvest or a bin that will not fill traces to the inlet valve most of the time. We swap the valve and the screen.
- Door hinge adjustment on settled foundations. Older hillside homes settle over the decades, and a cabinet that was level at install is not always level now. A hinge adjustment restores the seal without touching the cooling components.
