- Dual-zone wine reserve, one side reads warm. The thermal-electric module on that zone has failed, so the cabinet can no longer hold two different temperatures. I confirm which module before ordering it, then swap it and reseat the gasket.
- Beverage center runs constantly, cans stay warm. Usually a weak condenser fan motor paired with a coil caked in kitchen grease and dust. Clean the coil, swap the motor, and the unit stops overworking.
- Undercounter ice maker stops making ice. In the tighter downtown builds the water line sometimes got run too short during the original install, so it kinks against the cabinet wall over time and starves the fill valve. I re-run the line if that is the cause instead of just replacing the valve and calling it fixed.
- Door won't seal, unit runs long. Common on the tighter downtown builds where the cabinet opening was cut close. Worn gasket or a door pulled slightly off its hinge. New gasket, reset the door, recheck the seal.
