- Wine captain thermal-electric module. Persistent condensation from the marine layer gets into the gasket seal first, then the single-zone module starts drifting warm. We swap the module and reseat the gasket.
- Beverage center evaporator fan and thermistor. Fan clatter and a warm-drink complaint together usually mean the fan bearing is going and the thermistor is reading wrong. Both get replaced at once.
- Undercounter ice maker water inlet valve. Slow harvest or a bin that stops filling points to a stuck or scaled inlet valve. We swap the valve and the inline screen.
- Door gasket replacement. Older Westlake bar builds hold moisture behind the door seal, and the gasket hardens over time and stops sealing. A new gasket stops the sweating on the cabinet front.
