- Wine reserve dual-zone thermal-electric module. One zone drifting warm while the other holds steady is the classic sign the module is failing on one side. We swap the module and reseat the gasket.
- Beverage center evaporator fan and thermistor. Fan noise paired with a warm reading points to both the fan bearing and the thermistor going at once. We replace them together to avoid a second visit.
- Undercounter clear ice machine water pump. Cloudy or soft ice instead of clear ice usually means the water pump is not cycling the water bath correctly. We replace the pump and check the water filter.
- Compressor start relay. Larger compressor-based reserves in the bigger downtown condos hum without cooling when the start relay fails. We test and replace it.
