- Wine reserve dual-zone module, one side warm. Same failure as anywhere else, the thermal-electric module on one zone quits. I check for corrosion on the connections behind the unit at the same time, since that is common on Coastside installs.
- Undercounter ice maker water inlet valve, corroded fitting. Salt air speeds up corrosion on the inlet valve and the fitting behind it. A slow leak blamed on the ice maker itself often traces back to that fitting instead.
- Door gasket failing early. Coastal humidity on top of daily use wears a door gasket out here faster than it does twenty miles inland. We provide a written repair estimate after the on-site diagnosis and before any work starts.
