The homes here were mostly built in the late 1980s and 1990s, and the original kitchens were designed around appliance sizes from that era. When those kitchens got updated, a lot of them got Samsung, and the cabinet openings do not always match the new machine, which matters for counter-depth fridges and airflow.

What we close on the truck.

Sheet of ice under the crisper drawers. This is the classic Samsung defrost drain clog. Meltwater cannot get down the drain tube, refreezes on the floor of the fridge, and eventually leaks onto your kitchen floor. We clear the drain, install the updated drain clip that keeps it thawed, and check the defrost cycle so it does not come back.
Electric range oven not reaching temperature. On Samsung electric ranges from the last decade the usual suspects are the bake element and the oven relay board. Preheat that takes forever, or an oven that trails 50 degrees behind the display, points at one of those. We measure element resistance and relay output on site, so the quote names the actual failed part.
Washer door boot torn or growing mold. Samsung front-loader door gaskets trap water in the bottom fold. In busy households the boot either tears from zipper and bra-wire snags or turns black with mold that no wipe-down fixes. We replace the boot and show you the door-open habit that keeps the new one clean.
