22E or 21E fan error on the fridge. Both point to a blocked or dead evaporator or freezer fan, almost always iced over from a defrost fault. Rather than just thawing it out, we test the defrost sensor and heater, replace the one that actually failed, and the code does not come back.
Dryer running two or three cycles per load. Long dry times usually come down to the moisture sensor bars or airflow. On properties with longer duct runs to reach outside air, lint builds up along the way, so we clean the sensor bars, check the actual exhaust airflow, and say plainly if the vent itself needs attention beyond what we do.
Gas burner clicking slowly before it lights. A weak spark module or a fouled igniter electrode delays ignition for several seconds, and boil-overs make it worse over time. We clean or replace the igniter, test spark module output, and confirm every burner lights within a second or two, the way it should.
