Samsung dishwashers are not a repair we take. Not any model, any year.

It is not a knock on the machines. It is the parts pricing. What a circulation pump, a control board, or a touch panel costs on one of these, set against what the dishwasher sold for new, turns the repair into a bad buy for you more often than not. We would rather tell you that here than charge you $99 to say it in your kitchen.

Everything else from these brands we still fix: refrigerators, ranges, ovens, cooktops, washers, and dryers. We repair dishwashers from every other brand.

That answer does not change by town, so it holds in Los Altos the same as anywhere else we run. Call us on the rest of the kitchen and we will be out.
