The older streets off Alhambra Avenue are Victorian and Craftsman retrofitted over the years with mainstream appliances, and plenty of those retrofits are Samsung. Standard pump-and-seal job.

Vine Hill, Mountain View, and Virginia Hills add mid-century ranch stock, and there the Samsung French-door fridges bring the usual RF icemaker over-freezing and the occasional Family Hub screen. Out in Alhambra Valley the lots get bigger and the estate kitchens lean Sub-Zero and Wolf, so we see less Samsung there. Where it does turn up it is usually a French-door fridge or a laundry pair, same failures as the rest of town.

Oven igniter on Samsung gas ranges. Igniter glows but will not light the burner. Igniter replacement, with timing confirmed after diagnosis. Common in the retrofitted older kitchens.
FlexZone flap-motor replacement. Four-door unit will not switch a zone between fridge and freezer. The flap motor is the cause. Quick job.
