Samsung dishwashers we do not take.
Samsung dishwashers are not a repair we take. Not any model, any year.
It is not a knock on the machines. It is the parts pricing. What a circulation pump, a control board, or a touch panel costs on one of these, set against what the dishwasher sold for new, turns the repair into a bad buy for you more often than not. We would rather tell you that here than charge you $99 to say it in your kitchen.
Everything else from these brands we still fix: refrigerators, ranges, ovens, cooktops, washers, and dryers. We repair dishwashers from every other brand.

The 94040 single-family stock around Cuesta and Monta Loma is where we see the most Samsung, sitting next to Thermador and Bosch, and again in newer kitchen redos where a Bespoke suite went in.
On the Bespoke and FlexZone four-door fridges, the complaint is usually the convertible drawer stuck in one mode. That is the flap motor. FlexWash stacks crack the upper drain-pump impeller. - Bespoke FlexZone flap motor. Convertible compartment stuck in one mode. The flap motor that switches fridge-to-freezer is the failure. Quick swap.
- FlexWash drain pump. Upper stacked washer drains slow or not at all from a cracked impeller. We provide a written repair estimate after the on-site diagnosis and before any work starts.
- Family Hub firmware recovery. Blank screen on boot recovered through the service menu and a door-board reboot before any panel is quoted.
