Common repairs we do

What we close on the truck.

Washer stops mid-cycle with a 5C or SC drain code. Samsung front-loaders throw this when the drain pump cannot move water. Nine times out of ten there is a coin, a hair tie, or a sock scrap in the pump filter, and hard-water scale on the impeller does the rest. We clear the trap, test the pump under load, and replace it only if it actually failed.
Twin Cooling fridge freezing in back, warm up front. When the defrost temperature sensor on the fridge-side evaporator drifts, the coil ices up, airflow dies, and food near the back wall freezes while the door shelves run warm. We replace the sensor, thaw and inspect the coil, and verify both cooling circuits hold their set temperatures before we leave.
Electric cooktop element dead on one burner. On Samsung glass-top ranges a single dead burner is either the radiant element or the switch behind the knob, and on induction models it is usually one side of the generator board. We test at the connector so we replace the right piece the first time, and elements carry our warranty from 3 months to 2 years depending on the type of repair.
