Samsung dishwashers are not a repair we take. Not any model, any year.

It is not a knock on the machines. It is the parts pricing. What a circulation pump, a control board, or a touch panel costs on one of these, set against what the dishwasher sold for new, turns the repair into a bad buy for you more often than not. We would rather tell you that here than charge you $99 to say it in your kitchen.

Everything else from these brands we still fix: refrigerators, ranges, ovens, cooktops, washers, and dryers. We repair dishwashers from every other brand.

Every fridge with a dispenser or ice maker has a water inlet valve. The fittings can leak under the cabinet, or the solenoid fails and the dispenser and ice maker stop getting water.

LG and Samsung washer drain pumps side by side. When a washer will not drain or hums at the end of a cycle, this small pump is the usual suspect, and the two brands fail in different ways.

Common repairs we do

What we close on the truck.

Dryer blowing warm then tripping its thermal fuse. When a Samsung dryer keeps killing thermal fuses, the element assembly is usually shorting to its housing or the airflow is restricted. Replacing the fuse alone is a two-week fix. We replace the element and fuse as a pair when testing calls for it and confirm the exhaust flow so the failure chain stops.
Ice maker making small hollow cubes, then none. Shrinking cubes on Samsung fridges mean the fill tube is freezing partway shut, restricting water to the tray, and the full freeze-up follows within weeks. We thaw and correct the fill tube, check the inlet valve flow rate, and fit the updated ice maker parts when the model calls for them.
RF-series icemaker assembly. Ices over and stops dropping cubes. We identify the assembly version and check Samsung's recall coverage before ordering. If uncovered, upgraded part plus labor.
