We carry the ignitor and thermocouple kit on the truck because the infrared broiler runs hot and takes both out together, so we usually stock the parts these repairs need. The next most common Albany ticket is the hood. Owners assume the blower died, but usually it's the capacitive touch pad. Grease works into the seam over a few years of cooking in a small kitchen, and the speed buttons start dropping out. We wipe down and reseal the touch pad first, moving to a control board swap only when the sensors test dead on the bench.

- Hood capacitive touch-pad repair. Grease through the seam makes the speed buttons intermittent, more common in a small kitchen where the hood sits close to the range. We clean the pad and reseal it first, and only move to a control board if the sensors bench-test dead.
- Convection fan running after oven shutoff. On early-production dual-fuel units, the cool-down thermistor sits in the wrong spot from the factory, something we still run into on Albany's older installs. We install the relocation bracket, and Z-Line covers the part under warranty when it's filed correctly.
- Z-Line fridge and ice-maker service. Z-Line's refrigerators are built on a common residential platform shared across the lineup. Most fridge calls are the ice-maker module or door-seal alignment, and compact panel-ready models get ordered to the panel part number.

The electric oven on a ZLINE RA30 dual fuel range in San Francisco had stopped heating for baking while the gas cooktop kept working. The bake element at the bottom of the oven cavity was the failed part.
