- Refrigerator compressor start relay clicking. Fridge hums, clicks, then goes quiet and doesn't cool. Start relay and overload swap before we look at the compressor itself.
- Range hood fan motor weak or noisy. Draw is weak or the motor rattles at low speed. Motor and mount bearing replaced as a set.

The electric oven on a ZLINE RA30 dual fuel range in San Francisco had stopped heating for baking while the gas cooktop kept working. The bake element at the bottom of the oven cavity was the failed part.
