- Broiler will not light but the oven bakes fine. On the Pro and Autograph Edition ranges, the infrared broiler ignitor and the upper thermocouple tend to fail together since the broiler runs hotter than the bake element. We usually stock the common repair parts, and we confirm timing after the on-site diagnosis.
- Dishwasher control board unresponsive. A control board that will not respond to any button, not just one, usually points to the board itself rather than a single switch. I confirm with a bench test before replacing it, since a stuck door latch switch can look identical from the front panel.
- Ice maker not producing or making small, cloudy cubes. On Z-Line's standard refrigerator platform, a worn ice maker module or a restricted water line are the two usual causes. I check water pressure and flow first, then move to the module if supply checks out.

The electric oven on a ZLINE RA30 dual fuel range in San Francisco had stopped heating for baking while the gas cooktop kept working. The bake element at the bottom of the oven cavity was the failed part.
