LG in Hayward

LG in Hayward kitchens.

Hayward is a laundry-volume town for us, and LG carries a lot of it. The flats through Fairway Park, Mt Eden, Tennyson, and the Southland area run LG dual-inverter front-loaders and dryers in mainstream kitchens and garages. The repeat call is the LE motor fault from a drifting rotor-position sensor, plus drain-pump and door-boot work on the washers and heating-element failures on the dryers. Most of this is parts-level work, so it's worth fixing.

The refrigeration side is split. Newer LG fridges in the Hayward Hills above the CSU campus tend to fail at the evap-fan motor and icemaker, both fast. Plenty of the older French-doors down in the flats are still the 2014-2019 linear-compressor units, and those we diagnose against LG's program before quoting labor.
